Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Unopened retail items may be returned (at customer's expense) for full refund within 3 business days of receipt of item (determined by UPS tracking). Open box items may not be returned. Used items are sold as-is. Sales of books, DVDs, CDs and any item that may be placed in the mouth (ie. reeds, jaw harps, harmonicas, etc.) are final and may not be returned. Please contact us before shipping items back to receive an RMA number.
